Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for orders over $50.

Local orders are delivered on Thursdays between 10-6PM. You will receive a text notification on Thursday morning with your expected 2-hour delivery window and a second text once your goods have been delivered. If you have any questions please reach out to us at info@heartseasenutrition.ca.

Order deadline: 11:59 PM Tuesday for delivery the same week. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be prepared & delivered the following week.

 

Shipping

If you live outside of our local delivery zone, we offer Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post. Rates for this delivery option are calculated at check-out.

You will see Expedited Parcel™ as the only shipping option at checkout. Please select this rate and we will complimentarily upgrade it to Xpresspost™ so you get your goods even quicker! Expect to receive your package within 2-4 business days after your order has been shipped.
