We make our products in Toronto, Ontario. Our commercial kitchen space is located at 120 Industry Street.

All of our products are gluten-free. We use 100% grain and wheat-free ingredients. However, we do share a commercial kitchen space where other major allergens are present on the premise. These allergens may include: wheat, gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy & sesame seeds.

We are very mindful of cross contamination through our production & packing procedures. Personally, we are confident in serving our products to loved ones with celiac disease.

However, we understand people vary in their personal needs and are at different stages of healing. If you do require your products to be made in a certified gluten-free facility, we are truly sorry, but we cannot offer that at this time.

Our vegan cookies have 0mg cholesterol. There was an accidental typo when printing our packaging and it says there is 65mg/22%. That is a mistake. The true amount is 0mg and 0% daily cholesterol. If you are Vegan, please rest assured there are no animal products or cholesterol containing ingredients in our Vegan Almond Protein Cookies.

Our Cinnamon Spice Keto Collagen Protein Cookies contain 55mg cholesterol per cookie (from free range eggs & grass fed butter).

Our Dark Chocolate Pecan Keto Collagen Protein Cookies contain 25mg cholesterol per cookie. (from free range eggs).

4 weeks if unopened and kept sealed in their biodegradable packaging. Once a cookie has been opened, it's best to consume it the same day (we mean, how could you not?).

6 weeks if stored in the refrigerator. Refrigeration extends their shelf-life by two weeks.

Alternatively, our cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months to preserve their fresh-baked taste. Simply thaw to room temp before serving.

Our production space complies with all social distancing measures. Face masks and gloves are worn by all staff when preparing and packing your orders.
